About our live centers

Our factory produces fixed centers, revolving centers, cone centers, elastic centers and drive centers. Fixed centers with carbide tips may burn the center hole at high speed and need lubrication, while revolving centers with precision bearings rotate with the workpiece and feature rolling friction.
Our cone centers are used for pipes, elastic centers protect workpieces from damage, and drive centers rotate workpieces; revolving centers have slightly lower accuracy and rigidity than fixed ones.

Applications & Features

The main applications of machine centers include workpiece centering and positioning, supporting long and slender shafts, providing end-to-end support with chucks, and ensuring consistent machining reference across operations. Drive centers can transmit torque, improve surface finish, and adapt to special workpieces.

Customization & Service

We provide custom non-standard centers for special-shaped, extra-long, extra-short, special-angle, high-load and high-precision applications, solving the issues where standard centers fail or perform poorly, and supporting your precision turning, grinding, long shaft machining and special workpiece clamping.
